Our Vision

Our Values
Authenticity - We believe bringing your complete self to your work fosters strong relationships, and that leading with transparency is the best way to overcome the world’s biggest challenges.
Enthusiasm - Giving back to our communities should feel good and be rooted in a place of joy. We approach our work with passion and energy, infusing positivity and excitement to inspire meaningful change.
Connection - Meaningful change begins with geuine human connection. By centering relationships, listening deeply, and showing up with care and curiosity, we build trust, strengthen leadership, and create the conditions for lasting impact.
Learning - We believe meaningful progress comes from continuous growth and that we learn, even as we teach. Through reflection, listening, shared learning, and lived experience, we grow together and strengthen our impact over time.
Balance - We understand the importance of maintaining harmony between professional commitments and personal well-being. We prioritize solutions that balance our time between planning, acting, resting, and dreaming.

Rikki Harry, CFRE, MEd
Rikki Harry is a passionate nonprofit strategist, ethical leadership advocate, and doctoral candidate who bridges academic rigor with hands-on expertise. As founder and CEO of LEAP Nonprofit Consulting, she empowers organizations to raise millions through authentic relationship-building rather than transactional fundraising. Drawing from decades of experience across diverse nonprofit environments, Rikki champions a values-driven approach that challenges the "do more with less" mindset prevalent in the sector. Her work focuses on transforming nonprofit leadership through an abundance mindset, ditching the scarcity thinking that plagues many nonprofits. Rikki’s unique perspective combines fundraising mastery with ethical decision-making, creating organizational cultures where transparency, equity, and authenticity flourish. She specializes in guiding leaders in small organizations, providing them with practical strategies to thrive rather than merely survive. Whether facilitating difficult conversations, developing major gift strategies, or mentoring emerging leaders, Rikki's mission remains constant: creating ripple effects of positive change throughout the communities she serves.
