This mural in downtown Stevens Point, WI captures perfectly what we believe:
small, nimble organizations can meet the needs of our community better than anyone else.

Our Mission

LEAP Nonprofit Consulting, LLC provides sustainable solutions and expert guidance to help small to mid-size nonprofits become more efficient and effective so that organizational leaders can get back to doing what they do best – driving positive change.

Our Vision

Our communities need nonprofits. And nonprofits need strong leaders. We envision a world where those leaders have all of the tools they need to amplify the impact of their organization and meet the ever-changing needs of their community.

Our Values

  • Authenticity - We believe that bringing your complete self to your work is key to fostering connections built on trust and that leading with transparency is the best way to overcome the world’s biggest challenges.

  • Enthusiasm - Giving back to our communities should feel good and be rooted in a place of joy. We approach our work with passion and energy, infusing positivity and excitement into our work to inspire meaningful change.

  • Collaboration - Approaching relationships as a partnership is the best way to create sustainable change within an organization and community. We thrive on working together to achieve shared goals.

  • Experience - We are all experts at something and bring different knowledge and skills to the table based on our professional and personal backgrounds. We leverage that collective experience to deliver impactful solutions.

  • Balance - We understand the importance of maintaining harmony between professional commitments and personal well-being. We prioritize solutions that balance our time between planning, acting, resting, and dreaming.
